We are a registered Short-term Insurer in terms of the Short-term Insurance Act and regulated under such Act by the Financial Services Board. Corporate Guarantee is also registered as a Financial Services Provider in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediaries Act (Act 37 of 2002).
