Corporate Guarantee is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nictus Ltd, a company listed on the JSE and NSX. Nictus was already founded in 1945 and was listed in 1969 and has total assets under management in excess of R700million. Total equity amounts to R70million. Corporate Guarantee is a registered Short-term Insurer in terms of the Short-term Insurance Act and regulated under such Act by the Financial Services Board. Corporate Guarantee is also registered as a Financial Services Provider in terms of the Financial advisory and intermediaries Act (Act 37 of 2002).
